INCIDENT:
Child with Asperger Sydrome was picked on and bullied in school for 3 years, was told if he told his parents, the bullies would gang up on him and beat him up. So he went online, in a private chat room and told one of the bullies he would use a rubber band bb's and toothpicks to provoke him into a fight, so someone at school would finally believe him about the bullying problem.
KCISD RESPONSE:
Charge with terroristic threats.
OTHER:
Was arrested, wasn't allowed to see his attorney for 10 days, held in detention for 17 days before a charge was filed. May 30 we go for our 4th detention hearing, because county attorney and county judge do not believe Asperger Sydrome is a real condition. They said they never heard of it before.
