Clear Creek ISD
INCIDENT:
The campus liaison officer wrote him a justice of the peace criminal citation for Class C "Disorderly Conduct." Now all of the criminal lawyers know that saying "I didn't do that sh**" is not a criminal offense. However, despite my pleas with administration and a direct "read the statute" meeting with the liaison officer, a ticket was written for my son.
